The best for outdoors professional lighting
The Marvel series is much more impressive than it seems on paper. The marvel spot lights up to 70 meters with relative ease, almost as well as a fixed outdoor 500w wash panel. When used in combination with the Ape Labs Connect and the Ape Labs ecosystem, this becomes your source of punch.
NOTE: WITHOUT THE APELABS CONNECT OR CRMX THIS FIXTURE IS BASICALLY A PAPERWEIGHT. It does not come with the apelabs remote like others in the series so controlling it is impossible. This product is only recommended if you have access to the control options.
This is no longer an uplight, it is an absolute beast on stages, dancefloors and outdoor applications due to its sheer power. The wireless possibilities are expanded by having both CRMX and Apelabs wireless systems and communicates like a mesh when multiple units are linked together. This improves the range of other apelabs fixtures thus not making a second connect mandatory when building a large scale system.
All in all, this fixture benefits from Ape Labs features like sound mode and the infinite color mixing while being super color accurate with its 90 CRI. I find the pixel effects a bit unnecessary in my opinion and most of the time I will rely on DMX control but it's a nice feature when I don't want to set up an entire DMX system. That said, via DMX, the fixture is channel hungry and I seriously recommend only using the 7 channel or 32 channel mode since it's more than enough. However, that will limit color mixing to RGBWW.
