Battery issues

The speaker is.good but it wasn't charging the battery so I returned it Because it was the last unit I needed to purchase another one to another shop.
This time, it charged, but the speaker went off when battery was only at 50%, so another battery issue.
Then I purchased two more to another.shop, they finally work good, but, one speaker is around 30% more time when both at battery fully charged (same settings/volume).
Now, what I found, is the backpanel gets really HOT at touch when operating and connected.to AC, (low to medium volume)...
it burns at touch and it happens to both speakers... anyone have noticed that?
