Great for 7 strings lower Bb

Personally I love Elixir strings, they are my ONE AND ONLY go to strings for guitars since a few years already. The feeling you get from the coating and the fact they last so long is just priceless.

I bought this string as I felt I needed more tension on a 7 string guitar with a 26.5" scale. Previously I had a .068 (elixir as well), which wasn't bad, but I just needed a pinch more tightness to the string.
The .074 did it perfectly, couldn't be happier, it sounds just as crisp and clear as all other Elixir sets, which is something I don't get from any other brand, and if I do, it won't last more than a couple of days.

I cannot stress enough how good these strings are!!!
