Better than Jazz III
The pick has a good grip in where you can actually move it in your hand if you want, but it's not slipping. I find it better than Jazz picks. It's also more pointy. The size is similar to Jazz

Definitely better grip than "default jazz III". Durability is also very high (although I'm not the heavy picker)
