Gentle and mature sound, beware of a thick B-string.
These strings produce a beautiful gentle and rounded sound. A long sustain, soft attack and slightly 'milky' tone. They're a pleasure to touch and pick. Ideal for tender Spanish guitar music. They replaced the Nylgut strings that came with my ukelele (Kala ZCT). I wish I had done it right away. The instrument sounds so much more mature now.
However, the B-string is thick and does not fit completely in the nut of my ukulele. It's still well playable, but I will try some other strings before I file the nut – something that I already know will be worth it.
