Very good
I used this component and others, mostly from Dixon and Gibraltar, I ordered aluminium custom cut pipes (lighter than stainless steel and cheaper) and built my custom rack, which is superlative. I recommend this component, very reliable. I am sure it will last for many years.

1 inch short
If only they made the arm 1 inch or 2cm longer you would be able to make a 45° angle. Now it's pretty useless to me.
