I am a hobby player and I use the strings on a 4 double string bouzouki. The Maestro Bouzouki strings produce a nice clear warm sound. I have used other brands in the past and I had problems with the tuning but with Maestro seems to work pretty well. Basically they do what a set of strings should do.
