Maxparts Hot Glue / Hide Glue 25gr

I usually apply this kind of glue to repair fine wood instriment.
this one is quite reliable and works with no defects at all,

It is enough liquid and easy to manage when warm without having the tipical sticky/honey effect of some other brands (normally due to additives).

This product do not smell so much when warmed up but take care to not flame it directly.

It is very easy to grind and polish when hardened but remember to keep slow the speed of any electric tool used.

One topic I cannot evaluate is the possibility of paint. Sorry. :)

Please note that this glue can easily be used to repair small cracks on leather and wood constructions that are not musical instruments also, but keep in mind in any case that the repaired areas are a little more brittle.

In general a very good product, I bought the small packet to try. On my next buy I will order the big bag!
