Perfect replacement for Yamaha drums
These Remo USA P3 Reso heads are excellent. I bought this to go onto a 1980's Recording Custom kit and it looked and sounded great (kit is now sold). The Remo P3 bass drum heads have been the industry standard for a long time and for very good reasons, they tune up easily, stay in tune and look fantastic.

yamaha reso skin
im restoring a 1980's Yamaha rock tour custom and this skin does the job perfectly. quality Remo Head as usual.
comes with a sticky "silicony" type ring to create a mic port hole thats about 1mm thick. easy to cut the porthole after applying the ring.
Sound depends on your drums and tuning preferences but i get a niece deep bass drum sound with plenty of attack.

Absolute Classic!
There is something super classy with Yamaha kits with black logo front head! This one is a REMO Ebony Powerstroke 3 version but with a narrower muffle ring on the inside than the regular REMO Powerstroke 3 BD heads. Remo makes all pro Yamaha reso BD heads like that for Yamaha.
