bam DEF8002XLA Classicguitar Case

I bought this carbon case to replace the old and tatty my high quality classical guitar came in when I bought it, back in 2002. I was prepared to pay good money for a good case. I don’t know much about cases but this one seems to be just fine: it is very light and well-finished. It has got three locks )each with a lock) which is fine by me -although I have seen some other cases with 4 locks-. The handle has got a neoprene cover which helps your grip. Inside, all padding is black and the corners of the guitar box are all padded, so the guitar never actually touches the sides of the case, but rather “floats” in it. Additional padding comes with the case which I have placed around the headstock. A strip of some description keeps the lid vertical, so there’s no pressure on the case hinges. due to the weight of the lid. The case also comes with a bag for storage you can leave in the case or take with you. All in all I think this BAM is an excellent guitar case and one you should definitely consider if you have a good guitar to protect.
