Got my guitar yesterday. Packaging was solid, no outer damage on the box. But when I opened the box and removed the plastic cover off the guitar, I was stung by a nasty scratch on the pick guard. And on an instrument that has a shiny finish like this one, this scratch is very prominent. Additionally the pickguard is sliver colour, but on the picture it´s black. I later learned that the guitar had been updated with a new pickguard. Aside from that, all knobs and toggle switch are in proper order. The neck and frets are smooth and nothing on the guitar is loose. Is sounds great and feels very comfortable to play. It was slightly out of tune, but that's to be expected having travelled from Germany to the Tundra. Highly recommend this guitar. I got bad luck with the scratch, but this is a great guitar regardless.

Although this is the lowest priced Paul Stanley Ibanez signature model, the sound and build quality of the guitar is excellent, and it looks fantastic. Completely delighted with it.

Ich habe es zufällig gekauft. Vielleicht hätte ich nie eine solche Gitarre in die Hand genommen. Der Preis trug wesentlich zum Kauf bei. Ich habe es ausprobiert und gekauft. Mein Gitarrenpark umfasst 40 verschiedene Gitarren (ich spiele seit mehr als 50 Jahren Gitarre). Es ist nicht schwer, liegt gut in der Hand, der Preis ist sehr gut und der Klang ist wunderbar. Ich habe sie mit Elixir 09/42-Saiten ausgestattet und sie ist zu einer meiner 3 Lieblingsgitarren geworden. Lasst uns eine Lektion lernen – weit weg von dem Vorurteil, dass eine solche Gitarre nicht in die Hand genommen werden würde, nur weil der Preis niedrig ist, oder weil sie eine solche Form oder Farbe hat. Kurz gesagt, ich empfehle jedem Gitarristen, eines in seiner Sammlung zu haben. Ich spiele auf Marshall-, Fender-, BlackStar- und Peavey-Verstärkern und er ist auf allen stolz.
Nur ist die mitgelieferte Tasche nicht gerade viel Gutes wert, aber ich denke und schlage gleichzeitig vor, dass sich das Instrumentenhaus Thomann demnächst um einen preislich und qualitativ relevanten Koffer kümmern wird.
