Very poor product, no regard for customer satisfaction
Complete product failure in multiple ways within the first 6 weeks of use. The backstraps on this case fell off spontaneously on first 2 outings, causing my case to crash to the ground. The flimsy plastic clasp also then broke putting the safety of my instrument at risk.
