Mackie Thump Go

I am a busker singer guitar player and I use backing tracks. I have tried this speaker out and backing tracks sound excellent although it would be good to be able to use different EQ settings for different channels because it sounded much better on other EQ settings but I had to switch to the one where the vocals sounded decent. The guitar sounded excellent on this equipment both clean and distortion with my preamp pedals. the vocals is where I had issues.. I was using a mixer both for guitar and for vocals. a small Mackie 6-channel with effects mixer. The vocals I had to turn the treble all the way up and the bass all the way down to get a decent sound, I am a male singer. Surprisingly the reverb in the mixer didn't bring out the best in this speaker. Brings out the best in other speakers that are not from the same brand. I had to really watch it and cut down on reverb so that it wouldn't muddy up the vocals. So I'm going to return this one much to my regret, but if I don't find something that will do the job I might return to this one and figure out a hack for the vocals.
