What a great invention.
I can have a clean and clear mix in my in ear monitors. No bleeding from the stage or the PA.
I haven't tried without IEMs, and I think it's not worth without them.
But they're perfect for me.
Oh, well: They do exactly what they are supposed to do.
The key is to adjust the sensor so you don't have to get very close to the microphone in order to open the gate. I've set it to open when I'm like 10 cms away from the end of the microphone and it's great.
