Almost, but not quite!

I love the Shruti box for a number of reasons, but I find that the construction of this model is 'almost' right. It misses the mark by making the wood panels on the bellows too heavy. When you release the foot pedal, the soundboard collapses quickly and you need to keep pumping your foot like you really mean business. It makes it extremely difficult to play softer, more delicate notes. Shame really — almost a great product, but not quite!

Ich habe mir diese Shrutibox gekauft wg ihrer 432 Hz Stimmung, weil sie klein und handlich ist und auch ein Pedal dabei hat. Sie hat einen satten Klang, aber ich hatte mir erhofft dass die Töne noch länger anhaltend sind. Ich bin sonst nur mein Harmonium gewohnt, welches natürlich einen viel größeren Blasebalg hat. Für den mobilen Einsatz als Bordun-Instrument sicher perfekt geeignet. Ich bleibe dennoch beim Harmonium für meine Yogamantra-Begleitung.

Ich liebe diese Shruti Box. Klein, handlich und leicht. Perfekt für Transporte. Und trotzdem super Sound und kann einen Raum gut füllen.
