I bought this guitar as my first ever Telecaster. Now I see why people call this one of the most versatile guitars ever - anything from high-gain metal to indie to sparkly midwest emo to blues, it just nails down any tone you can imagine. The distorted tones sound much better and "growlier" than on my single-coil strat.

I have not been able to find a single complaint about the build quality of the guitar. It just sits right and the neck feels amazing. Intonation was perfect out of the box, and the guitar hardly goes out of tune in general.

I whole-heartedly recommend this guitar!
