Note: Only the silk part of the string should be cut or wrapped around the machine head, otherwise the winding will loosen.

Ungewöhnliche Saite

Auf der Suche nach einer Saite die eine Flatwound Haptik und einen raueren Sound hat bin ich über diese Saiten gestoßen.
Wie der Name so schon vermuten lässt sind die Saiten für Mustang Bässe mit String Through Bridge gedacht.
Die umwickelte Länge passt demnach perfekt.
Die Saiten fühlen sich super an, haben nicht die „Steife“ die ich von einigen Flats kenne. Der Sound bringt unaufdringliche Obertöne mit.
Ich spiele hauptsächlich mit Plek, da knallt es richtig schön.
Ich werde mir die Saiten auf jeden Fall noch mal kaufen.
