Four modes:

• Mode 1: SSS / 250k, for 3 single coils or most single coil format humbuckers
• Mode 2: HSS / Intelligent Switching - automatically switches between 250k and 500k
• Mode 3: HHH / 500k, for any pickup that needs more treble and output
• Mode 0: HSH / Intelligent Switching (automatically switches between 250k and 500k), replaces the rear tone pot with a blender control that can be used to fade in either the neck or bridge pickup in certain combinations of the 5-way switch
